The required information is held private by Missing GRACE Foundation. Donors have the option to make the donation specifically in honor or in memory of a baby or child. If you would like a letter to be sent to the parents of the baby or child for whom the donation is made in honor of, please fill out the form below with the name and full address of the bereaved parents. The names of the babies and children being honored will be printed in our Commemoration section of our quarterly GRACE newsletter.
