Missing GRACE Foundation is a volunteer driven organization. The gifts, skills, time and tender hearts of our volunteers are the lifeblood of this organization!
Missing GRACE Foundation is based in Minnesota and volunteers are needed to assist at our national headquarter office as well as at our local events. Additionally, volunteers can help from anywhere and right from their own home! We are looking for people who are savvy online, poignant written communicators, and who are skilled at sewing, knitting, crocheting, and jewelry / card making.
Volunteers are also needed to facilitate GRACE support groups where currently there are no support groups available.
We need Volunteers to work as Client Service Representatives to answer phones, process GRACE Care Basket orders, care for the people who drop-in, by helping to provide comfort and assisting them with requested resources which are provided through the Foundation and its programs. Your tender care, compassion and helpfulness in the midst of a painful time in a person's life can make all the difference.Click here for information and instructions for making GRACE Care Basket handmade items.

START A HOPE & HEARTS EVENT IN YOUR AREA
Just learning about Hope & Hearts? Here is a little about how the first event got started and what it is all about…
The first Hope & Hearts Run/Walk was held in Minnesota in 2005. April and Dan Wurst and Candy and Steve McVicar founded Hope & Hearts Run and began hosting the event in honor of their daughters, Kaila and Grace, who were both stillborn due to cord issues at 38 and 33 weeks gestation respectively. Proceeds from Hope & Hearts Run/Walks fund the Missing GRACE Foundation programs and services which are free to families in need of support after a pregnancy or infant loss, infertility or adoption challenges.
Would you like to create an event in honor of your baby that will help provide resources and support for families who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss, and will fund programs that prevent further loss for others? We invite you to partner with Missing GRACE Foundation, a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, to create a Hope & Hearts event in your area! Hope & Hearts is about hope for the future through education and research and supporting the hearts of families who have lost to move forward. Help make a difference and join us as we…Run. Walk. Give Families Hope!
Currently, our Hope & Hearts 5K Run/Walk is only in Minnesota. The event is simply not possible without the help of volunteers on event day! Typically there are more than 150 volunteers helping the day of the event along with the and a Core Team Leaders who help prepare for the event.
We are looking to grow Hope & Hearts Run/Walks into many other states as well as to offer additional kinds of Hope & Hearts events such as golf benefits and extreme sport challenges.Hope & Hearts events have been held in Texas in memory of Payton, in New Mexico in memory of Blakey, in Kentucky in memory of Gracie, and in Ohio in memory of Annabelle.
Please contact us to discuss your ideas and our opportunities for facilitating a Hope & Hearts event in your community.

START A SUPPORT GROUP IN YOUR AREA
Training, lesson materials and support are provided to GRACE Support Group Facilitators. There are many families in search of support who cannot find a local group in their area at this time. Help us ensure that no family has to go this journey alone without support! The men and women who attend our groups share what a vital role the group had in their healing and survival. Every member has stated in their evaluations of the group, how important it was to connect with others who understood from personal experience what they were going through. If you are a bereaved parent and are ready to give back in honor of your child and help others, this may be an ideal way to start! GRACE Support Groups click here.
